Programs Designed for All Ages
Our training programs are structured to help participants grow at their own pace. Youth programs start with smaller group sessions lasting 4 to 8 weeks, allowing each trainee to concentrate and develop boxing techniques in a personalized setting. For adults, we offer a professional program that includes weight loss, strength and conditioning, kickboxing cardio, and boxing fundamentals. At DNA, there’s something for everyone.
Enriching Experiences Beyond the Ring
We offer more than just boxing. DNA provides enriching experiences for our youth members, including a lunch program with nutritious meals. Our summer schedule includes weekly field trips to explore Cleveland and nearby cities, giving young athletes valuable experiences outside the gym. Youth participants also have the opportunity to travel to national tournaments, showcasing their skills on a larger stage.

Our dedication to excellence is evident in our approach to national competitions. With quarterly tournaments, we provide young athletes the chance to test their progress and compete at the highest level, gaining invaluable experience while representing DNA.
From Struggles to Strength
Ra'sheen Ali, DNA's founder, grew up in a broken home marked by drugs, violence, and instability. Raised by his mother and grandmother, Inez, he learned the importance of positivity and hard work. His grandmother was the cornerstone of their family, and her passing, along with his father’s imprisonment, left Ra'sheen to face life’s challenges at a young age.
At 9 years old, Ra'sheen found boxing as an outlet to channel his energy. However, after his coach went to jail, he abandoned the sport. By 14, he fell into street life, dropping out of school and turning to crime.
The birth of Ra'sheen's child was the turning point he needed to change his life. Motivated to provide a better future, he returned to school, earned his diploma, and turned his life around. This transformation fueled his desire to give back, leading to the creation of DNA. Today, he mentors the next generation of champions, teaching discipline and resilience.
